Clear rules are part of a fair Drop. These documents are placeholders for product development and are not final legal terms.
Each Drop will state its eligibility requirements, entry period, token/entry method, question and timing rules, winner determination, tie handling, prize details, claim process, disqualification rules and treatment of technical failures.
The final terms will govern account use, acceptable conduct, intellectual property, service availability, disputes and other conditions for using Trivia Drop.
The final privacy notice will explain what player information is collected, why it is used, how long it is retained, providers involved and the choices available to players.
Age, location and other eligibility requirements will be finalized before any real-prize Drop. Players may be required to verify eligibility before receiving a prize.
Tokens are currently development-only entry credits. Their purchase, refill, expiration, transferability and relationship to prize games will be finalized only after legal review.
Trivia Drop will not directly store full card or bank credentials. When enabled, payment and payout details will be handled by vetted third-party payment providers.
No real-money entry, subscription checkout or prize payout is enabled in this development build. Final rules and policies require appropriate legal review before launch.
